No charges today

There is no subscription, listing fee, or in-app purchase on Matchy at this time. You should not be billed by Matchy for using search, scout, or hosting tools.

If you see a charge that claims to be Matchy, contact hello@matchy.app so we can help you check it. We cannot refund a charge we did not take.

If paid plans are added

If we introduce paid features, we will show the price, billing period, and cancellation steps before you pay.

Where consumer law requires a cooling-off period or refund, we will honour it. Digital content that has been fully supplied with your consent may be treated differently under those rules.

Refund requests for future paid plans should be sent to hello@matchy.app with the account email and date of payment.

Hosted events

Publishing a local meet on Matchy is not a paid FIRST registration. Event entry fees charged by a host or region are outside Matchy and are not refunded by us.
