The service

Matchy is a free FTC scouting and hosting workspace: team and event search, match notes, and optional publication of local meets after admin approval.

Matchy is not FIRST, FTC Scout, or an official scoring system. Public stats are shown as received from third-party APIs and may be incomplete or delayed.

Accounts

Anyone with a Google account can sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, impersonate others, or publish false match results.

Your content

Host requests and published meets remain your responsibility. Do not submit personal data of others without a lawful basis. Do not upload unlawful or infringing material.

You grant Matchy a limited licence to store and display that content so the service can function.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape our site in a way that harms availability, attempt to break authentication, or use Matchy to harass teams or volunteers.

FIRST and FTC Scout ask developers to use their APIs rather than scraping their websites. Matchy follows that approach for catalog data.

No fees today

Matchy does not currently charge a subscription or event fee. Paid plans, if introduced later, will be described before you pay. See the Refund Policy.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. Alliance, ranking, and OPR figures are informational. Do not treat them as official FIRST results. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Absolute Robotics is not liable for indirect loss, lost competition outcomes, or data from third-party APIs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence where that rule applies).
